What Is Scramble & Soar
Scramble & Soar is the adventure and media brand built by Adam Jack and James McMurray — two mates who'd rather be on a ridge than anywhere else. Built around hiking, scrambling, mountain adventures, UK landscapes, campervan life, drone footage and the stories in between. It's the channel, the content, the community and the journey, all in one place.

Adam Jack
The voice, the face and the driving force behind Scramble & Soar. Adam leads the adventures, tells the stories and keeps pushing the boundaries of what's possible on a UK mountain.
Co-Creator & Drone Operator
James McMurray
James is the man behind the lens and in the air. As Adam's right-hand on every trip, he handles drone operations, content creation and the kind of quiet competence that makes everything run smoothly in the mountains.
Hiking & Scrambling
From gentle ridge walks to exposed grade 3 scrambles — documenting the full spectrum of UK mountain adventure. The Lakeland fells, Snowdonia, the Scottish Highlands and everything in between.
UK Landscapes
Britain has some of the most dramatic and varied landscapes on earth. Scramble & Soar exists to show them off — from golden moorland at dawn to storm-lit ridgelines and mirror-still mountain lakes.
Campervan Life
A 1990 Talbot Express, a road atlas and no fixed plan. The campervan is base camp, transport and home — the thread that connects the adventures and the stories that happen between them.
Drone & Film
Aerial footage, cinematic edits, action cameras on exposed ridges. James operates the drone while Adam leads the route — together they capture every trip as a film waiting to be made.
